The Role

The Analytical Method Development (AMD) team is part of Analytical Development within CMC Product Development. The team develops biochemical and molecular assays that support manufacturing process development, pilot-scale manufacturing, and future quality control activities at designated GMP sites.

As a Scientist in AMD, you will develop and qualify analytical assays supporting the manufacturing and future release of antibody-based therapeutics. Working closely with scientists and Research Associates, you will combine hands-on assay development with scientific oversight and project coordination for programs entering early-stage CMC development.

You will guide Research Associates in their daily work and scientific decision-making, helping translate analytical questions into well-designed studies and meaningful results. In collaboration with colleagues across Analytical Development, CMC Product Development, and other key functions, you will ensure that studies are scientifically robust, meet applicable regulatory requirements, and maintain data integrity. You will also contribute to improving analytical capabilities that support the development of the next generation of antibody therapeutics.

This is a temporary position for 12 months, covering a colleague’s leave of absence . While an extension is not currently anticipated, any continuation beyond the initial 12-month period would depend on the department’s needs and the availability of new regular roles.

Are you interested in developing your skills and gaining valuable experience within an international biotech company? We look forward to receiving your CV and motivation letter!
