Welcome in our team

Our Finance team leverages sophisticated financial analysis, planning, accounting, reporting, and performance evaluation techniques to propel medical innovation and enhance people's lives. As part of this role, you'll manage, review, report, and analyze inventory, production, and product cost data, and support monthly accounting close and management cycles for multiple branches across the world in the Cost of Sales & Inventory (COSI) matrix organization.

Our Support Functions deliver services and make recommendations about ways to enhance our workplace and the experience of working at our organization. Our Support Functions include HR, Finance, Information Technology, Legal, Procurement, Administration, Facilities, and Security.

Responsibilities
Your main tasks will be, but not limited to:

  • Responsible for maintaining product costs in accordance to US GAAP.
  • Performing month-end cycle activities and providing insights on financial statements.
  • Providing analysis on consolidated costs and intercompany profit elimination.
  • Preparing SOX controls and maintain a strong control environment.
  • Support the annual manufacturing cost and cost of sales budget cycle for your entities.
  • Actively participate in improvement efforts within the team.

Candidate Profile

  • Fluent in English.
  • Bachelor or master in finance / accounting related field.
  • 2-3 years relevant experience, and experienced working with ERP and reporting systems.
  • Good stakeholder management skills.
  • Driven to engage in development.
  • Experienced in analytical roles.
