Pharmaceutical Sales Representative Neurology

Our sales team is growing! Organon is looking for multiple Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives in the field of neurology.

What to Expect:

· Product Promotion : Lead neurology product promotion in your territory to healthcare professionals. Deliver professional product presentations and provide medical education to health care professionals including neurologists, pharmacists, and pain specialists within multi-disciplinary teams.

· Customer Care : Proactive communication with customers via various channels, including face-to-face visits, virtual web meetings, telephone calls, and emails. Develop and implement creative marketing concepts.

· Event Management : Plan and implement in person, online, or hybrid medical training courses, events, trade fairs, and congresses (regionally and nationally).

· Sales and Budget Management : Responsible for sales planning and the efficient use of the region's budgets.

· Customer and Competitive Analysis : Conduct market analysis to identify new customers, areas of opportunity, and competitive environment.

· Collaboration : Cross functional relationships with medical and marketing teams to provide relevant information to customers and build lasting relationships.

· Brand Building : Develop Organon's reputation in the market as a trusted scientific partner.

· Digitalization : Maximize the use of the CRM tool and optimize digital engagement in day-to-day operations.

Is this role for you? Do you have….

- Several years with a proven track record in pharmaceutical sales with experience in communicating complex medical and pharmacological information on products and therapy concepts.

- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial thinking, and action.

- Experience in the organization of hybrid, online, or face-to-face events.

- Excellent communication skills, high enthusiasm, and a strong networker.

- Desire for proactive professional and personal development.
