Job Description

Organon zoekt een Talent Scout (Sourcer) om ons Europese Talent Scout-team te versterken, met een primaire focus op het ondersteunen van de werving van hoogvolume posities voor onze BeNeLux-productielocaties.

Over de functie

Als Talent Scout, met een focus op hoogvolume posities, ondersteun je onze zoektocht naar talent voor de Europese productielocaties van Organon. Je zult kandidaten identificeren, intereseren en interviewen, waaronder Operators en Technicians, met behulp van verschillende wervingsmethoden Je gebruikt daarbij online platforms, sociale media en face-to-face evenementen. Daarnaast ben je in staat om te innoveren en nieuwe manieren te verkennen om verborgen talent te ontdekken. Dit is een spannende rol in een dynamische omgeving waar je een significante impact zult maken. Om cross-functionele samenwerking te bevorderen, is dit een hybride rol die minimaal één dag per week op locatie zal zijn."

Primaire verantwoordelijkheden

  • Ontwikkel en implementeer effectieve wervingsstrategieën voor hoogvolume rollen in Europa, in samenwerking met de Talent Attraction Business Partners en het Talent Branding team.
  • Identificeer en intereseer hoogwaardige kandidaten via verschillende kanalen, waaronder online, sociale media en face-to-face evenementen.
  • Samenwerken met inhurende managers en Talent Attraction collega's om de bedrijfsbehoeften te begrijpen en ervoor te zorgen dat deze in lijn zijn met de algemene bedrijfsdoelen.
  • Voer interviews met potentiële kandidaten om hun geschiktheid voor huidige of toekomstige rollen binnen Organon vast te stellen.
  • Creëer nurture-campagnes om relaties met kandidaten te onderhouden in ons Candidate Relationship Manager (CRM) tool.
  • Bouw en onderhoud een talentenpool voor huidige en toekomstige wervingsbehoeften.
  • Volg en rapporteer over wervingsstatistieken om het wervingsproces te optimaliseren.
  • Deel talentinzichten met het bedrijf om belanghebbenden te informeren over het talentlandschap voor hun respectieve gebieden.

Jouw profiel

  • Ervaring als Talent Sourcer of Recruiter, binnen de hoogvolume/blue-collar sector, opgedaan in een bureau, interne rol of RPO
  • Ervaring met het werven/sourcen voor volumeposities (Operators, Technicians) voor een drukke productielocatie
  • Bekendheid met het gebruik van Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) en Candidate Relationship Manager (CRM) tools
  • Vloeiend in Engels en Nederlands
  • Je hebt een mindset van continue verbetering
  • In staat zijn om minimaal één dag per week op locatie in Oss te werken

Secondary Job Description

Organon is recruiting a Talent Scout (Sourcer), to join our European Talent Scout team, primarily focused on supporting the hiring of high-volume positions for our BeNeLux manufacturing sites.

As a Talent Scout, focusing on high volume positions, you will support our search for talent to join Organon’s European manufacturing sites. You will identify, engage and interview candidates, including Operators and Technicians, utilising a variety of sourcing methods, such as online platforms, social media and face-to face-events. Additionally, you will be encouraged to innovate and explore new ways to uncover hidden talent.

This is an exciting role in a fast-paced environment where you will make a significant impact. To promote cross functional collaboration, this is a hybrid role which will be site based at least one day per week.

Role responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, for high volume roles in Europe, in collaboration with the Talent Attraction Business Partners and the Talent Branding team
  • Identify and engage high-quality candidates through various channels, including online, social media and face-to-face events
  • Collaborating with hiring managers and Talent Attraction colleagues to understand the business needs, to ensure alignment with overall business goals
  • Conduct interviews with potential candidates to establish their suitability for current or future roles within Organon
  • Create nurture campaigns to maintain relationships with candidates in our Candidate Relationship Manager (CRM) tool
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Track and report on sourcing metrics to optimize the recruitment process
  • Share talent insights with the business to educate stakeholders on the talent landscape for their respective areas

Role requirements:

  • Experience as a Talent Sourcer or Recruiter, within the high volume/blue-collar space, gained in an agency, in-house role, or RPO
  • Experience hiring/sourcing for volume positions (Operators, Technicians) for a busy manufacturing site
  • Familiarity with using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Relationship Manager (CRM) tools
  • Fluency in English and Dutch
  • Have a continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to work on site, in Oss, Netherlands, at least one day per week
