As a Scientist Analytical Development, you will play a key role in developing, improving, validating, and implementing analytical methods that support the development and lifecycle management of our products. You will combine hands-on laboratory work with scientific leadership, project management, and collaboration across multiple departments.

Your tasks

As part of the Analytical Development team, you will contribute directly to the advancement of analytical capabilities that support product quality, regulatory compliance, and innovation.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing, optimizing, and implementing analytical methods for new and existing products.
  • Leading technology transfer activities from Analytical Development to Quality Control laboratories.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert for analytical methods and providing scientific guidance across the organization.
  • Performing and overseeing biochemical and immunological assays such as ELISA, SDS-PAGE, protein determination, immunoblotting, potency assays, and chromatography-based techniques.
  • Coaching and guiding a small team of laboratory technicians.
  • Participating in multidisciplinary project teams and contributing to the development and improvement of products and processes.
  • Ensuring analytical methods meet regulatory and GMP requirements.
  • Preparing study plans, scientific reports, and project documentation.
  • Managing Analytical Development projects and aligning stakeholders across departments including QA, QC, Process Development, and Regulatory Affairs.
  • Monitoring scientific and compendial developments to ensure continued compliance and innovation.
You have

You are a scientifically driven professional who combines strong analytical skills with a collaborative mindset.

We are looking for someone with:

  • An MSc degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related scientific discipline.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical product development.
  • Hands-on experience with analytical techniques including ELISA, SDS-PAGE, chromatography, immunoblotting, and protein determination.
  • Experience with analytical method development, optimization, and technology transfer to Quality Control.
  • Knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical quality systems.
  • Strong scientific writing and reporting skills.
    Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
