For our site in Weesp we are looking for an Optimization Engineer B
Tasks and responsibilities

Systematically conduct shop floor observations and line inspections in order to identify ideas for process improvements.Run/implement a full range of data reliability checks, quantitative/trend analysis, with a constantly updated performance overview/report.Elaborate an executive summary of well identified and well defined problems to be addressed (e.g. specific equipment failures, repetitive minor stops, quality issues etc) and prioritize them.

Initiate, organize, and coordinate the overall performance improvement process (including the need for resources), initiatives, and related teams involved. Elaborate and update a library of summary documents (ex One Point Lesson setting booklets etc)Ensure compliance with EHS regulation and company policies

Lead/implement the problem-solving phase (RCA and hypothesis) and the complete implementation proposal (technical specs, design, feasibility, cost-benefit). Systematically monitor the implementation phase of the ongoing initiatives, check the impact in terms of results. Train and coach the Operators on the work floor during change.

Lead a small technology project with a view to performance improvement.

Support maintenance engineering with Criticality assessment of process and equipment parts

Solving technological problems
Knowledge and experience

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline relevant to the production of medicines;

2 to 4 years of work experience in a similar position.

Basic Lean Six Sigma

Knowledge of Dutch language is preferred.
