Role

We are leaders in antibody biology and innovation committed to improving the lives of patients with cancer. Genmab is searching for an Intern, Business Support Assistant, who will report to the Manager Business Support and provide general administrative support to several research departments here at Genmab's R&D site in Utrecht . Your tasks include managing calendars, arranging meetings, and booking travel. In addition to these core administrative duties, you will also be responsible for ad-hoc work including, but not limited to, planning large group meetings and organizing team events as needed.

Responsibilities

  • General administrative support to several research departments
  • Manage calendars, arrange meetings
  • Arrange business travel (flights and hotels) and expenses
  • Assist with creating Word documents, PowerPoint presentations and Excel worksheets
  • Assist with the day-to-day operations

Requirements

  • You are currently enrolled in a relevant administrative degree connected to a Dutch School (e.g. MBO degree at Schoevers, ROC or Scheidegger)
  • MS office skills (preferably MS Office 365)
  • Good communication skills both verbally and written in Dutch and English
  • Ability to support multiple people and projects and to multi-task
  • A team player with demonstrated ability to collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders.
