Research associate Antibody Research & Technologies

The Role

Join the Antibody Research and Technology team as a Research Associate. Your work will enable the invention and development of novel antibody-based platform technologies. that will be a part of amazing antibody therapeutics.

Responsibilities

  • You will work in a team of Scientists and Research Associates focused on discovering, developing, and moving forward therapeutic antibody (format) technologies.
  • You enjoy to work in the lab, get excited of your new results and realize your data helps to create better therapies for the cancer patients in need.
  • Using your up-to-date knowledge of and experience with assays used in immunology, cell biology, and/or oncology, you are responsible for the accurate execution of experiments in our research studies.
  • You organize your own work, learn how to independently analyze and document results, draw conclusions and report these to the team.
  • By investigating the mechanism of action of our antibodies, you contribute to novel antibody technologies enabling innovative future antibody therapeutics.
  • You like to take action, face experiments with a problem-solving attitude, and inspire others with your hands-on nature.
  • You like to work in a team, and as a team.

Requirements

  • You have a HLO, Bachelor, or MSc degree in a Life Sciences field, and have 1-2 years of professional experience in the field of  cell biology, oncology, and/or immunology.
  • You must have hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture and functional cellular assays (e.g. cytotoxicity assays, proliferation assays, ADCC).
  • Experience with especially Flow Cytometry, and other methods to study immunological responses such as Luminex or ELISA is considered advantageous.
  • You are precise and organized in your lab work and reporting hereof.
  • You are able to apply different methods in a flexible manner throughout the week.
  • You have experience with setting up and developing new assays.
  • You have professional business level English language skills, both written and verbal.
