We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative located in the Randstad area to join our team, specializing in contact lenses. As a key member of our sales force, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our portfolio of high-quality contact lens products in a various landscape of optical stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with eye care professionals, optometrists, and retailers to drive sales and increase market share.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products, their features, and benefits. Educate customers on the advantages of our contact lenses in comparison to competitors.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Provide insights to management to adapt and enhance our sales approach.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional post-sales support, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback. Utilize data to refine sales strategies and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

Education:

  • BSc HBO/WO preferred.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • Proven experience in sales. Goal-oriented approach with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

Preferred:

  • Experience within the optical or healthcare industry.
  • Understandings of representing a premium brand.

Other:

  • Proficient in Dutch and English, French is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license.
