MedTech Supply Chain Technology Surgical Vision is looking for a CO-OP intern to support SV MSP deployment in terms of communication, change management & business process harmonization across Groningen and Anasco. Additionally, this intern will support mapping the business processes for Surgical Vision e2e including BUS IT. This will involve broad interaction with business stakeholders and JJT key stakeholders involved in the business processes in Surgical Vision e2e including manufacturing sites.
This assignment will provide the learning of business processes and the experience of interacting with stakeholders at different levels and locations. This will be a great opportunity for a CO-OP intern to gain internal experience and get to learn about our great product Intraocular lenses which have changed our patient’s life every day.
The goal of this assignment is
· to enable our SV MSP, go live successfully at Anasco site.
· to create SV e2e business process roadmap where JJT technology solutions are involved to identify the gaps in the process.
This role will be under the supervision of the Surgical Vision Make & e2e Technology Leader and will collaborate closely with Business and JJT across Surgical Vision, such as Groningen MAKE site, Anasco MAKE site, SAP, MSP, Plan, Deliver Commercial etc.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research study on end-to-end business processes of Surgical Vision
- Creating a communication plan, support change management and training etc. for SV MSP deployment to Anasco
- Learn the organizational and production processes and recommend potential solutions to become more data-driven manufacturing.
- Learn and practice Data science platforms and algorithms (e.g. Common Data Layer, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Pattern Recognition, Computer Vision, Human – Machine/ Machine to Machine Interactions)
- Learn and practice data science technologies and tools to adapt results into the site Business and IT Operations
- Learn and practice technologies for “Manufacturing for the future” (e.g. Smart Automation, Robotics, Industrial Internet of Things, Virtual Reality/ Augmented Reality, Blockchain, Smart Wearables)
Qualifications:
- Master’s students in Technology or Business schools, the School of Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering or Mechanical/Chemical/Biomedical students with intellectual curiosity of information technologies in supply chain area
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills in business processes
- Ability to work effectively within teams as well as autonomously
- Explorative, committed to learning quickly and working within diverse and international environments.
- Ability to create network and engage a variety of people to succeed in assigned objectives.
- Assertive, energetic and creative.
- Good presentation skills with advanced written and oral communication skills in English. Dutch language is a nice to have.
