JJV is recruiting for an IT Manager Salesforce to join our Business Technology Solutions team supporting our Vision Care business in the EMA region.  This position is located in Pinewood, UK.

This role will have regional accountabilities for EMA, responsible for the Salesforce Platform working within the HPT model as the IT Manager Salesforce. As an IT Manager Salesforce, you will be accountable for all aspects of our global Salesforce instance including platform and capability roadmap, design governance, licensing, reliability, and leading development teams to delivery new solutions that enable user experience and deliver outcomes.  The TPM will also have responsibility for partnering closely with business and solution leads to help drive programs that are integrated into the Salesforce platform or have touchpoints to the sales force effectiveness space.

Position Description:

  • Partner with the Business Product Owner and commercial leaders to define Salesforce product strategy, roadmaps, business cases and outcomes (OKRs, KPIs)
  • Translate business strategy to Salesforce solutions and have accountability for the solutions and their outcomes including related measures, metrics, and dashboards
  • Conduct experiments to test the real-world success of proposed solutions.
  • Estimate development and effort levels to prioritize requirements and align IT capacity with top Salesforce business priorities.
  • Lead teams and deliver projects aligned to the Salesforce platform vision, goals and encouraged outcomes.  Define and ensure adherence to J&J processes and standards.
  • Proactively partner with solution leads, technology services and other regional and global enterprise architects to design scalable, flexible and supportable technical systems that add business value and are aligned with the JJV technology strategy as well as enterprise patterns and standards.
  • Partner with technology services, product lines, vendors, and other enterprise architects within the larger global J&J organization to influence enterprise technology strategies and identify opportunities for bi-directional leverage across sectors and business units.

Qualifications

  • 8 years of equivalent business or technology experience is required.
  • 8 years of hands-on experience in Digital Product related technology positions including multi-market deployments of Salesforce.com and experience designing and delivering API first architectures centered on mobile and web engagement solutions.  - Required
  • Experience and operational understanding of SalesForce.com and it’s product offerings and capabilities as well as other commercial effectiveness platforms and architecture principles. - Required
  • Experience in running delivery of Agile projects with globally diverse teams.
  • Completion of several full Salesforce.com IT projects from initiation, delivery to support required.
  • Experience building a digital ecosystem, including user applications, solution and system architecture and integrations and related data strategy and analytical capabilities.
  • The ability to quickly learn the business and complex processes, to understand and work across multiple business domains, and strong communication and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience leading technical conversations, workshops and workstreams to consensus/conclusions/actions
  • Experience documenting user/system requirements and user acceptance testing scripts.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate business requirements, direction, and initiatives, including ability to balance requirements from an enterprise, sector and franchise/region level.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships at various levels, both inside and outside an organization.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities with professionalism.
  • Proficiency in creating effective and engaging Microsoft Power Point presentations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel in aggregating, summarizing and presenting data.
  • Familiarity with various IT programming languages and techniques, database platforms, ETL tools, cloud based architectures and mobility platform solutions.

Preferred:

  • Salesforce.com Certified Administrator or Consultant
  • Familiarity or experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Knowledge of healthcare processes, data and terminology.
  • Experience with system development lifecycle methodology.
  • Experience working in a multi-functional or cross-geographic context.
  • Experience working in a Shared Services IT Operating model where development and support services are provided by shared services organizations that support multiple functional and organizational units.
