Team Lead GMP Cleaning

We’re currently seeking to recruit highly motivated talents for different positions, to join us and be part of our exciting journey in the development of innovative cancer immunotherapies and their translation to the treatment of patients with cancer.

Your Responsibilities, among others will be

  • Supervise on-the-floor clean room cleaning team within our manufacturing facility in a cGMP environment
  • Build a team, provide necessary training and ongoing coaching, discipline and recognition of direct staff, including performing annual performance reviews
  • Participate in deviation Investigations and identifying root cause solution
  • Propose process improvements through clear communication to senior management
  • Participate in multi-functional project teams, as necessary
  • Maintains accurate and complete inventory of re-usable and disposable garments ensuring supplies are never depleted.
  • Review of documentation.
  • Perform any other tasks/duties as assigned by management.

Your profile:

  • Must embrace the QUALITY culture.
  • Must be able to work off shift hours, Holidays, weekend as well on-call rotation
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in both English and Dutch are essential in this collaborative work environment
  • High energy level and a positive outlook coupled with the requisite “can do” attitude and a willingness to do what it takes to achieve personal and organizational goals and overcome obstacles
  • Ability to adapt in a constantly evolving environment
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership in areas of responsibility
  • Ability to strictly adhere to the Company’s rules, regulations and operating procedures as they apply to the position and general employment.
  • Must be able to read, write and comprehend documents in Standard English such as Standard Operating Procedures, manufacturing schedules, operating manuals and company and safety policies.
  • Must have a strong work ethic and demonstrate dependability and timeliness.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced company environment with minimal direction and able to adjust workload based upon changing priorities.
  • Physically capable to don and wear cleanroom/protective gowning and equipment, including but not limited to gowning, goggles, face shields, and protective gloves.  PPE are essential for the health and safety of employees.
