Customer Engagement Manager Oncology - Genitourinary (GU) Cancers

Purpose of the role
Under the direction of the Area Director, the Senior Project Manager (SPM) is responsible for the implementation of projects and studies that support business objectives. You will lead the project implementation activities ranging from conceptual scoping, basis of design, detailed design, scheduling, estimating, cost budgeting and control, procurement, contract administration, construction management, safety supervision, qualification/validation, communications management, and project close-out.

Main responsibilities

  • Ensure clear stakeholder mapping of hospitals and referral pathways to academic centers,
  • Contribute to optimizing patient access and availability of our company's medicines in hospitals,
  • Delivering robust account plans with SMART Objectives, key activities, in close collaboration with the cross-functional team.
  • Facilitating the sharing of knowledge and experience within the medical professional world and thus active peer-to-peer learning.
  • Point of contact for HCPs, personalizing and orchestrating the various channels and key messages for each HCP in the best way.
  • Represent the customer voice in agile teams and have an active role in determining the hypotheses to test with the customer to further improve HCP engagement.
  • Proactive in using data & analytics to improve customer engagement.
  • Data-driven decision making and prioritization.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Data driven decision making mindset.
  • Knowledge of therapeutic area and drugs.
  • Experienced account manager.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Strategic thinking and execution.
  • Dutch and English business proficient.
