Job Description: As Regional Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and developing relationships with key national accounts in animal health industry within the EURAM region (Europe, Middle East and Africa). You will be responsible for promoting and selling our bio-pharmaceutical portfolio and technology solutions, including our innovative Poultry Sense platform. Other responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement customer-specific business plans, providing coaching and mentorship to team members, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, building financial proposals for multi-country customers, and managing customer projects across multiple countries.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or animal science.
- Significant experience in sales, account management, or business development in the animal health industry or FMCG.
- Proven track record of managing and growing key national accounts within the EURAM region.
- Strong financial acumen, capable of building and providing financial proposals to multi-country customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence at all levels.
- Demonstrated coaching and leadership skills, with a passion for developing team members.
- Highly organized with excellent project management skills, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
