We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Director to join Norgine.

The person holding this position will report to the VP, Head of Commercial Operations and be a member of the Global Commercial team.

The core responsibility of the Digital Director is to lead the Rx Digital / Omnichannel team, ensuring activities are aligned with commercial objectives and are globally and regionally consistent.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead and built the Rx digital / omnichannel function and centre of excellence (at global and local levels)
  • Responsible for the line management of the digital / omnichannel team at global and local levels
  • Responsible for team development, training, succession planning and recruitment
  • Responsible for the integration of digital into sales and marketing strategies across brands and markets:

Ø  Collaborate to develop digital strategy for all therapeutic areas and regions, aligned with organizational goals and brand objectives

Ø  Develop tactics to drive digital engagement

Ø  Define and track digital performance metrics

Ø  Own the digital budget and collaborate with the brand team to allocate the budget across digital tactics for maximum impact

  • Responsible for the creation of omnichannel customer journeys to augment face-to-face engagements and reach uncovered targets

Ø  Define the value of digital channel interactions in relation to face-to-face engagements

Ø  Partner with brand teams to design sequencing of customer journeys based on data-driven analyses of past engagements

Ø  Advise brand teams on content and message delivery across digital channels

  • Responsible for developing digital excellence across the organization

Ø  Define digital marketing best practices (e.g., website design, banner placements, social media engagements) to inform brand campaign execution

Ø  Define digital performance metrics (i.e., open rates, number of clicks on webpages, recommendations followed by sales force, etc.,) to be monitored across assets and markets

Ø  Drive adoption of digital channels with internal teams

Ø  Identify digital capabilities to invest in and develop business cases with an ROI focus

Ø  Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation

  • Responsible for constantly meeting the digital / omnichannel engagement compliance standards at global / local levels
