About the Role:

As the Process & Administrative Services Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of project assistants, ensuring the team is able to deliver high-quality services that are aligned with the organization's operational excellence and continuous improvement goals. You will be expected to implement an unbossed approach, encouraging team members to take ownership of their work and continuously develop their skills. Additionally, you will be responsible for promoting team development and ensuring that the team's activities are aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Accountable for performance of the allocated team, striving to exceed business expectations for process & administration services.
• Foster team development by identifying opportunities for training and development and facilitating knowledge-sharing among team members.
• Develop and maintain key metrics to measure the effectiveness of the team's services and use those metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures, and lead initiatives to implement those improvements.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with process administration, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
• Act as a liaison between the team and other departments within the organization, ensuring that the team's activities are aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.

• Effective leadership of the project assistants.
• Drive excellent business support, leverage the needs of the business and drive output.
• Number of administrative processes optimized.
• Compliance related outcomes.
• Service delivery related KPI’s.

Role Requirements

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or operations management
• 5+ years of experience in process administration, with demonstrated experience in operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Experience leading and managing teams, with a track record of developing and mentoring team members.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Experience with process automation and optimization tools is a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
