Stage: Technician Solids Formulation

Job Description

Wij zoeken voor onze vestiging in Oss zo snel mogelijk een gemotiveerde student die in opleiding is tot technicus en graag zijn eerste echte praktijkervaring wil opdoen. De functie kan parttime of fulltime zijn (tussen 20 en 40 uur per week).

Over jouw stage project:

Je leert je vaardigheden praktisch te ontwikkelen op de volgende gebieden: Troubleshooten, onderhoud uitvoeren (inclusief voorbereiding), verbeteringen voorstellen en doorvoeren met als doel veilige, betrouwbare en gekwalificeerde apparatuur in stand te houden en te leveren voor toegewezen faciliteiten in samenwerking met technici binnen het IPT.

• Operationele gereedheid van apparatuur en installaties: het zelfstandig leren uitvoeren van technische werkzaamheden, alsmede de voorbereiding, opsporing, herstel en follow-up van gemelde storingen, gepland onderhoud en herinbedrijfstelling volgens de geldende procedures binnen het IPT.

• Identificeert, analyseert, stelt verbeteringen voor en voert deze uit.

• Documentatie: leert de juiste documentatie (protocollen, instructies, preventieve maatregelen) in SAP en hoe te communiceren met de technisch manager.

• Bijdrage aan projecten: Ondersteuning bij de uitvoering van projecten.

• Controle van EHS-maatregelen.

Competenties/ Wie ben jij?:

• Bezig met de opleiding MBO (niveau 4) in de richting van mechatronica.

• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal; Basiskennis van de Engelse taal.
