Sr R&D Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Process incoming NSR requests, ensuring timely and high-quality technical assessments and necessary documentation and presentations towards SCRB.
- Secure adherence to project gates for ongoing Non-Standard Order projects.
- Guide, help, and mentor project managers within the team to complete assessments and projects flawlessly.
- Responsible for delivering comprehensive and high-quality reports to the Business Unit.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management, specifically within R&D.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to strictly adhere to project timelines and quality standards.
- Strong collaboration and mentoring abilities to support team success.
- Excellent communication skills for reporting and collaborator engagement.
