The Role
The Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) department is a global team of 60+ members supporting Genmab’s product portfolio activities across Research and Development. The Senior Associate, Portfolio Management will serve as a coordinator and support reporting and internal governance planning activities in a fast-paced organization.

The position will report directly to the Portfolio Management team and will work closely with colleagues in Research Program Management and Development Program Management in the U.S. and Denmark. This fulltime position will be based at our Utrecht, Netherlands office, with some flexibility to work from home.

This position is a temporary maternity leave cover, and therefore we offer a 12 month - fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the preparation and organization of agendas, meeting materials, and meeting minutes for research program governance meetings.
  • Maintain distribution lists and update decision logs.
  • Provide administrative support for Development Program reporting activities.
  • Coordinate and schedule internal governance meetings and align with relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain governance meeting overviews and update charters.
  • Set up input requests for governance meetings and track progress and due dates.
  • Organize governance documentation in Microsoft Teams channels and manage access permissions.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of PPM processes across the organization.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience in a business support role.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed team environment.
  • Ability to learn new applications and quickly master the details.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and project planning skills.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with international teams, as well as independently.
  • Initiative, flexibility, independence, and excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to track deliverables, monitor deadlines, prioritize workload, and manage multiple requests simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both spoken and written. Basic proficiency in Dutch would be beneficial.

The proposed gross annual/monthly base salary range for this position, in the primary location, based on a full time schedule is:

EUR52.224,00---78.336,00


The final salary offer will depend on several factors, including your skills, qualifications, and experience.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as discretionary bonuses and long-term incentives.
