Our Team, Your Impact

As a Senior Supply Chain Decision Scientist , you will develop and operationalize advanced planning, optimization, analytics, AI-agent-enabled monitoring, and AI-assisted decision-support capabilities for end-to-end Supply Chain processes.

How You’ll Spend Your Day

• Develop AI-assisted analytical and decision-support capabilities for Supply Chain operations
• Build AI-agent-supported monitoring and operational analytics capabilities
• Analyze planning outcomes and identify optimization opportunities
• Build KPI impact simulations and operational analytics models
• Develop root-cause analysis, anomaly-detection, and predictive alerting frameworks
• Support dynamic planning parameter initiatives
• Build scenario simulations and operational decision-support tools
• Support AI-enabled master data integrity and consistency initiatives
• Collaborate closely with planners, manufacturing teams, analytics teams, and IT
• Improve planning explainability and operational transparency

Your Skills and Experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience with AI/ML-enabled analytics, monitoring, or advanced analytical environments
• Strong Python, SQL, or data analytics capabilities
• Experience in Supply Chain Planning, Operations, or Advanced Planning environments
• Exposure to optimization or constrained planning concepts
• Ability to communicate complex analytical outputs to business users

Also Good to Have

• Experience with SAP IBP or advanced planning tools
• Pharma industry experience
• Exposure to AI/ML applications or AI agents in Supply Chain planning
• Exposure to master data quality, governance, or planning data consistency initiatives
