This is a high-impact commercial leadership opportunity with significant growth ambitions and the opportunity to further develop how the team engages customers and collaborates across Thermo Fisher Scientific.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Leading a team of eight sales professionals across Germany, France and Italy, you will be responsible for accelerating growth, strengthening strategic OEM customer relationships and building a proactive, high-performing sales culture.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span&gt;A Day in the Life:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span&gt;Lead and develop the EMEA OEM Filtration sales organization, driving ambitious revenue growth and profitability objectives while strengthening strategic customer relationships. You will coach an experienced international team, establish clear performance expectations and create a proactive, customer-focused sales culture.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;You will work closely with strategic OEM customers and internal stakeholders across Thermo Fisher Scientific, strengthening collaboration across the EMEA organization and partnering with supply, operations, US export teams and other functions to support effective customer delivery and resolve commercial challenges.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span&gt;What to expect:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;Lead, coach and develop a team of eight sales professionals across Germany, France and Italy, creating a high-performance and customer-focused sales culture.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;Develop and execute the EMEA OEM Filtration sales strategy to deliver ambitious revenue growth and profitability objectives.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;Drive a more proactive approach to selling, opportunity development and customer engagement across the team.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;Build and strengthen long-term relationships with strategic OEM customers, understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities for growth.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;Coach the team in managing complex OEM sales cycles, negotiations and commercial relationships.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;Strengthen the team&#39;s integration and visibility across the wider Thermo Fisher Scientific EMEA organization, creating stronger internal networks and identifying opportunities for collaboration.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;Lead the team through organizational and commercial change, creating engagement, accountability and clear direction.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;Partner closely with supply, operations, US export teams and other internal stakeholders to ensure effective customer delivery and resolve commercial challenges.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;Use Salesforce, market intelligence and commercial data to manage the sales pipeline, identify opportunities and improve forecasting and sales execution.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;Monitor customer, market and competitive developments and translate insights into actionable commercial plans.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;Establish clear performance expectations and support team members through regular coaching, feedback and development.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;Represent the business with key customers and internal stakeholders across EMEA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;Travel up to 50% across the assigned region&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span&gt;Keys to Success:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span&gt;Education&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;Master&#39;s degree or equivalent experience, ideally in Life Sciences, Business or a related field.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span&gt;Experience&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;Significant B2B sales experience within life sciences, filtration, laboratory products or a related technical/scientific industry.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;Proven experience managing and developing OEM customer relationships and an understanding of the dynamics of OEM sales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;Previous sales leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to coach, motivate and develop commercial teams.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and achieving challenging commercial targets.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;Demonstrated ability to lead teams through change and develop a proactive, performance-oriented sales culture.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and commercial data to support decision-making.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span&gt;Knowledge, Skills, Abilities&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;Ability to operate successfully in a complex, international matrix organization and build effective cross-functional relationships.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;Strong organizational and project management capabilities.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;Fluent English is required;
