EHS Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We currently looking for a EHS Assistent to join our Established Pharmaceuticals Division based in Olst.

Core tasks:

Support, implement, awareness, communication, training related to EHS.
Plan, implement and occasionally lead EHS programs. Monitor KPI’s and prepare management reports.
Track and report EHS related safety situations and observations.
Participate in improvement projects on EHS aspects
Elaborate and keep updated EHS documents like management system, procedures, training modules.

Other tasks:

Internal EHS communication
Monthly and quarterly reporting of EHS information
Track EHS action items
Trainingscoordinator
Control of documents, periodic reviews
Support EHS department
Back-office during audits
Coordinate audits, meetings, training
Integration of documents and procedures of two sites

Minimum Education/Experience:

MBO diploma , or any equivalent
Some work experience within a manufacturing environment
Desirable experience in EHS
Fluent English in reading and writing.
