Assignment description:
At Abbott ’ s API production site in Weesp, three different medicines are produced. Our own waste water treatment plant (WWTP) is an important process unit, which processes all wastewater from the site. In order to discharge this water, various requirements must be met in accordance with a permit granted by RWS. This is based on fundamental processes to ensure stability and process control. An operating system is used in which various parameters are monitored. The aim of this assignment is to improve stability and process control through 1) statistical analysis of the parameters and data sets, 2) expand the knowledge of the biological processes and 3) visual tools of WWTP performance to enhance the
Deliverables:
Presentation of the current status of the WWTP from a statistical approach (so called baseline). 2) Based on the baseline, scientifically substantiated proposals for improvements to stabilize the performance of the WWTP. 3) Dashboard to visualize the KPIs of the WWTP on which decisions can be made.
Expected Skills:
Good understanding of: Microbiological processes, statistics, Waste Water Treatment Plants. Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Experienced in data processing (Excel)
