
Customer Excellence Coordinator

Our Customer Excellence department is pivotal in igniting sustainable transformation in our Commercial affiliate. We help our business teams in strategic business operations, sales and marketing insights and excellence, and in learning and development. In the role of Customer Excellence coordinator, you provide general support to our Customer Excellence Department. Ensuring all Customer Excellence finances, (training) events, meetings, and key processes like onboarding are coordinated in a compliant and diligent way. Provide overall administrative support to Business Unit teams and directors.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the Customer Excellence department – taking a lead in meeting arrangements for all Customer Excellence driven events and owning the coordination of Customer Experience led meetings and initiatives in conjunction with the business.
- Lead and manage the onboarding process and related communications for all new hires within AbbVie B.V. –working in close collaboration with the Customer Excellence Learning
- Partner and other stakeholders, like hiring managers and HR. Initiate updating the onboarding curriculum periodically, ensuring it aligns with new tools and processes.
- Managing and coordinating communication with internal and external stakeholders like vendors related to market research and data companies, communications agencies, travel agencies, etc.
- Manage all finance processes and systems for the Customer Excellence team: raising purchase orders, new vendor creation process etc., while working within the finance systems.
- Champion compliance through shared ownership of the AbbVie Master Approval Process
- (MAP –compliance system) admin processes in coordination with the Therapeutic Area assistants –being the go-to colleague for any back-office changes and delegations required by the organization.
- Bachelor's Degree in SMI, Event Management or related studies.
- At least 4 years’experience in a management assistant or equivalent role.
- Excellent skills in Office365 (MS Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Proficient in both the Dutch and the English language.
- Excellent organizational/strong project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask, excellent time management skills.
