Job Description

Infield Team & Coaching Excellence Lead NL will be responsible for enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of infield teams through targeted strategies, innovative solutions, cross-functional practices and coaching. This role involves driving initiatives that improve team and individual performance, agility, and accountability to ensure advanced customer experience in alignment with AbbVie's mission and values.

Highlighted Responsibilities:

  • Work as one of the Customer Excellence Team on the In Field Team (IFT) methodology (e.g. Customer Engagement Playbooks/IFT workstation) to incorporate our A.C.E. - go to market model and support the National Sales Managers and Commercial IFTs in planning, execution, follow-up of adoption, segmentation and targeting as well as tracking IFT effectiveness data and KPIs.
  • Understand and experienced at the implementation of the Coaching Excellence Framework for IFT and the application there of for IFT Leaders.
  • Analyze cross-functional team dynamics and identify areas for improvement, leveraging data-driven insights.
  • Develop and implement tools, methodologies and know-how to support IFT effectiveness.
  • Track, visualize, analysis and validate relevant IFT performance in dashboards/reports (including set KPIs) aligning global/Area dashboards with affiliate needs.
  • Secure strong working relationship between Affiliate and Regional functional teams.
  • Partner with teams and functions across the affiliate to identify and close gaps in IFT Excellence.
  • Act as a change agent to build value through improved IFT effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in team management and coaching, performance improvement, or a related role in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Experience in team dynamics, coaching, and leadership principles.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change and inspire teams towards achieving high performance.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and performance metrics.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
