As the Lead, R&D Business Analysis & Digital Product Management, you will contribute to our mission of improving lives through innovative healthcare solutions. Key Activities for this role:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital initiatives that enhance our R&D capabilities.
- Manage and mentor team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Lead projects that align with our strategic goals, ensuring timely delivery and business value.
- Engage with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Monitor project progress and adjust strategies as necessary to meet objectives.
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
- Extensive experience in digital product management or business analysis within pharmaceutical R&D.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and their application in complex environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Education/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent.
Additional Information:
- Type of role: Full-time, permanent.
- Location: UK office (Addlestone).
- This position follows our hybrid working model. The role requires a blend of home and a minimum of 1 day per quarter in our local office. Flexibility may be required in line with business needs. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
