We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and dynamic individual to join our Customer Service (CS) team as a Customer Service Representative based at our office in Hoofddorp (NL). In this role, you will be the go-to person for our valued customers in the UK and Ireland, providing exceptional service and ensuring their business needs are met. YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engage and Interact: You will be the orchestrator of the service relationship, serving as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts. Through effective communication, you will analyze account history, understand supply needs , and optimize orders and product deliveries .
- Customer Satisfaction: Your focus will be on providing outstanding customer service . By promptly addressing customer requests and seeking feedback, you will ensure their satisfaction levels remain high . Your keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills will enable you to resolve issues efficiently and effectively .
- Collaboration and Influence: Working closely with our Commercial and Supply Chain teams, you will play a vital role in product take and delivery timing to achieve financial targets . Your insights and updates on customer accounts will contribute to informed decision-making and improved customer prioritization.
- Continuous Improvement: We value your ideas for enhancing operational efficiency and the overall customer experience. You will have the opportunity to identify areas for improvement, implement process enhancements, and drive positive change .

WHO YOU ARE
- 1-3 years of operational experience in Customer Service, Commercial , Logistics, or Administration
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in Business, Supply Chain Management , or related fields preferred
- Skills: Customer focus, results orientation, communication, collaboration, agility, relationship and conflict management, and decision-making are key competencies we value in our team members
- Tech-Savviness: Familiarity with IT systems and tools, such as ERP, Salesforce is preferred . Your ability to adapt and leverage technology will contribute to your success in this role
- Willing to travel 1-2 a year to the UK
- Native or fluent English speaker
