Job Description

Customer Succes Manager DSB

As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers derive maximum value from our products and services. Your ability to proactively manage customer relationships, lead product update communications, provide product expertise, and support end-to-end activities, including pre-sales demos, will be instrumental in fostering long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty. By understanding and addressing the needs of our customers, you will contribute directly to the sustainable growth of our business while delivering exceptional customer experiences.


Our team proactively manages customer relationships, identifies opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and addresses potential issues before they arise. We ensure successful onboarding and product adoption through customer training programs and lead communication around product updates. As product specialists, we provide support from pre-sales to post-sales and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer feedback into product improvements. By analyzing customer data, we continuously enhance the customer experience and drive long-term satisfaction.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Proactively manage customer relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and addressing potential issues before they arise
•    Develop and execute customer training programs to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing product adoption.
•    Lead product update communications, ensuring that customers are informed and prepared for new features and enhancements.
•    Serve as product specialists, providing support for end-to-end activities including pre-sales demos and post-sales implementation.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for customers and drive product improvements based on customer feedback.
•    Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improving the overall customer experience.
•    Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customers' business needs and objectives to drive value and long-term satisfaction.

WHO YOU ARE
•    Proven experience in customer success or as a clinical application specialist in IT for Healthcare, particularly in artificial intelligence, with a strong record of building and maintaining customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
•    Ideally, a clinical background as a radiographer or radiologist.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey product information and updates to customers.
•    Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data and feedback, identifying trends and opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
•    Experience in developing and executing training programs to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing product adoption for customers, with bi-lingual proficiency in French and English to engage a diverse customer base.
