Maintenance & Facilities Support Enkhuizen

The M&F (Maintenance & Facility) Specialist will directly support the Maintenance & Facilities Manager and indirectly the Site Lead in all elements to secure business continuity for all departments in Enkhuizen. The all-round M&F Specialist is first point of contact for Maintenance. He/she coordinates and plans BOP workorders and disruptions and takes care of communication to all stakeholders. You are responsible for bi-weekly  80/20 planning for Team Maintenance. Your key working relations include: Enkhuizen Unit Leads + Site Lead, Enkhuizen employees and 3rd party vendors.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• First point of contact for disruptions or malfunctioning Maintenance and Facilities via centralized mailbox and/or phone number.
• Creation and maintaining capacity planning for team Maintenance (bi-weekly planning) and share with team and Unit Leads prior to start (weekly meeting).
• Annual overview of preventive Maintenance and discuss planning with relevant stakeholders.
• Set up and maintain structure for administration of (service contracts, purchase orders, vendor correspondence).
• Administer ESH training of contractors and indicate re-training when expiration date is due.
• Hosting of contractors: receipt, accompany and point of contact of work on site.
• Vendor administration: Offers, invoices including PR in SAP.
• Operational Support Maintenance.
• Support Facilities with all relevant activities: planning handyman, office furniture, office reservations, waste management, hygienic supplies, access management, pest control, work clothing, food & beverages, activities terrain (green & ground maintenance, ornamental garden, cleaning building, CCTV, environmental services, etc.).
• Support in managing the Enkhuizen fleet (pool cars).
• Reviewing and evaluating vendors with stakeholders and strive for best service.
• Supporting Enkhuizen Coordinator Site Support with facility related projects.
• Contact person for outsourced facility management related activities.
• Support in internal contact person and spokesperson towards third party vendor (Reception, Cleaning, Security, Coffee).
• Supporting Enkhuizen & Operations Management teams with communication from -  and towards the Enkhuizen organizations (via Site Memo, Yabber, Narrow Casting, Wijd & Site).
• Support trainings, events and visits/site tours that take place in the site Enkhuizen.
• Key user (go to person) for Enkhuizen employees for tools like (Concur, myTrip, Bopv5, Credit Card, Interflex, etc.).

• MBO+ and proven work experience in Facility and Maintenance related positions.
• Strong communication and coordination skills both in Dutch and English.
• Structured and able to keep overview in hectic environment.
• Pro-active to support during the changes of the Enkhuizen Site.
• Transparant and open.
• Constructive and respectful communicator.
• Technicall skills.
• Computer skills (MS Office, BOPv5 is advantage).
• Planning and administrative skills.
• Vast experience and knowledge with technical processes, machinery and equipment in seed industry (Elektro, WTB, Bouwkunde).
• Flexible.
• Pragmatic & pro-active.
• Accurate, punctual and efficient.
• Result oriented.
• Teamplayer.
