As a Quality Testing Lab Intern, you will work in Bayer's state-of-the-art laboratories in Bergschenhoek. You will have the opportunity to work with innovative techniques and learn from our amazing knowledge team. As an intern, you will focus on either bacteria or virus-related tasks.
Your tasks and responsibilities
- Seed preparation for a variety of seasonal crops (tomato, pepper, melon, cucumber).
- Perform ELISA and work with diverse semi-automated pipetting equipment.
- Carry out all laboratory activities in compliance with policies.
- Maintain the quality of equipment for final certification.
- Take a proactive approach toward improvements.
- Support coworkers during activities.

Who You Are
- You are a motivated student eager to learn (4th-year MBO or equivalent).
- You have knowledge of quality organization and processes.
- You are able to communicate in English.
- You are proactive, result-oriented, agile, and attentive to detail.
- able to start in September (or sooner)
- Familiar with DSO Behaviours
