At Bayer in Enkhuizen, people work on something that truly matters: healthy food for a growing world. As Operational Coach Veg. PS, you’re the one who guides 2 to 4 production teams toward genuine self-management. Not just on paper, but in practice.

What will you do?

You’re right there on the work floor. You observe, coach, connect and improve. You clear obstacles before they become problems, and you make sure your teams don’t just know what to do, but why it matters.

In practice, that means:

•            Guiding teams through their journey toward self-management

•            Monitoring KPI’s and translating them into concrete improvements

•            Facilitating sprint cycles focused on operational excellence

•            Identifying risks and safeguarding a safe working environment

•            Running structural retrospectives, including on your own performance

•            Building bridges between teams, stakeholders and management

The common thread? Communicating, motivating, listening, improving and doing it every day with genuine commitment.

Who are you?

No two coaches are the same, and that’s fine, but there are a few things that will set you up for success in this role:

•            A completed Bachelor’s degree

•            Experience coaching teams in a production or operations environment

•            Comfortable with agile ways of working and familiar with scrum

•            Lean certification is a plus

•            You’re empathetic, integrity-driven and decisive, ideally all at once

•            Fluent in both Dutch and English

•            A natural sense of ownership, curiosity and inclusive leadership

What does Bayer offer you?

•            Salary: €4,391 – €5,489 gross per month (38 hours)

•            8.33% holiday allowance + performance-based bonus

•            25 vacation days + the option to purchase up to 10 additional days
