This position is based in the Netherlands, Amsterdam and reports directly to the Head of Commercial Excellence

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure high-quality customer data across CRM and commercial platforms (Veeva, Snowflake, Rapsody, SAP).
  • Define and execute CRM and platform strategies aligned with global standards and business needs.
  • Manage commercial policy execution, including agreements, rebate calculations, and credit notes.
  • Implement and optimize digital tools and platforms (Vetclass, Adobe Campaign, Veeva Vault, Vetportal, Canvas, One Commerce).
  • Deliver reporting and dashboards using Excel and Power BI; monitor Sales Force Effectiveness KPIs.

 

 

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM

  • Bachelor’s degree in business IT & Management, Informatics, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in data, digital platforms, or commercial operations within multinational environments.
  • Proven experience with CRM systems and advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and thrive in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
