
Master Data Management Specialist MIDI

Your expertise in master data can make a real difference. In this role, you’ll be the trusted point of contact for ensuring data quality that drives smarter decisions and smoother operations across our organization. You’ll work on meaningful challenges, resolving issues, improving processes, and shaping how data supports our business globally.

This role is based in Amsterdam, Netherlands, and you’ll report to the Head of Product Life Cycle Management MIDI.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the primary contact for resolving MDM-related issues and collaborate with end-users and product managers.
- Develop and deliver training sessions for key users and stakeholders; maintain updated documentation (SOPs, process flows).
- Monitor and improve master data quality for materials and business partners (customers and vendors).
- Provide transparency and regular updates on MDM activities, bridge communication between business and technical teams.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with GDPR, internal governance, and external regulations.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience with Microsoft Lists, Excel and SAP MDG workflows.
- Some work experience in master data management (vendor, customer, material) and stakeholder management.
- Ability to create and deliver training materials; strong communication and coordination skills.
- Negotiation skills to align diverse stakeholders and maintain global standards.
- Nice to have: Power BI, Power Automate, pharma experience, and understanding of key user role in global/local support.
