Regional Procurement Specialist (Coupa P2P)

Location(s) – Rotterdam

Full time – Hybrid 3 days minimum office based

Our Procurement Operations team is hiring a Regional Procurement Specialist to play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient, compliant, and value-driven purchasing across multiple Cerba Research entities.

How You Will Add Value

As a Regional Procurement Specialist , you will contribute to:

  • Strengthening procurement support across internal teams, becoming a trusted point of contact

  • Enhancing P2P processes to improve efficiency, compliance, and user experience

  • Driving continuous improvement through data-led insights and practical changes

  • Supporting supplier enablement and improving how procurement systems are used

  • Shaping more consistent and effective procurement practices across regions

Job requirements

  • Review and process requisitions in Coupa, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely PO creation

  • Act as the first point of contact for internal stakeholders, advising on procurement processes and preferred suppliers

  • Identify and act on opportunities to reduce costs and improve cash flow through better purchasing decisions

  • Manage supplier interactions including order confirmations, delivery timelines, and issue resolution

  • Support supplier onboarding and enablement within Coupa (portal, integrations, catalogue usage)

  • Maintain and improve data quality across catalogues, pricing, and master data in collaboration with relevant teams

  • Monitor and reduce non-compliant spend, supporting broader procurement initiatives

  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in P2P workflows, approval processes, and system usage

  • Fluent English language skills
