Research Associate – Laboratory Operations and Logistics, Bioanalytical Science
We have created a temporary 6-month position to provide general support to the Operations Team, covering a range of activities such as material management and sample logistics.
The Department
The Bioanalytical Science (BioA) team is responsible for developing fit-for-purpose bioanalytical strategies and methods to quantify drug in circulation and assess unwanted immunogenicity for Genmab’s compounds. We perform bioanalysis activities for both regulated (GLP, GCP) and exploratory studies. As such, we provide a strong foundation for informed decision-making at critical points throughout Genmab’s entire drug development program.
The Role
Our BioA Laboratory Operations Team plays a key role in keeping our BioA GCP/GLP laboratory facility running smoothly. The team provides the essential operational backbone that supports our groundbreaking science. Working under the supervision of the BioA Lab Manager and in close collaboration with colleagues, the team coordinates and oversees core processes including material management, sample logistics, E-Systems, health safety and environment, and equipment lifecycle management.
We have created a temporary 6-month position to provide general support to the Operations Team, covering a range of activities such as material management and sample logistics.
Responsibilities include:

Manage inventory of materials and chemicals: handle purchase/receipt, storage, distribution, and compliant disposal of lab materials;

Receive, store, distribute, and dispose study samples using LIMS maintaining chain of custody;

Coordinate and handle incoming and outgoing shipments to/from global sites, ensuring required permits and documentation are in place;

Plan activities in collaboration with the Operations team and BioA Lab Manager;

Plan and prioritize activities in close collaboration with the Operations Team and BioA Lab Manager;

Perform tasks according to SOPs and GCP/GLP/regulatory guidelines, supporting continuous improvement and technology innovation initiatives.
What we ask

You have a completed HLO education or equivalent;

You have relevant experience in working in a regulated environment (e.g. GLP, GCP, GMP), which could include document control, qualification of equipment, writing of Standard Operating Procedures;

You are well-organized, can work to tight deadlines, and have excellent attention to detail

You are service-oriented, flexible and a strong communicator;
