Bij HAL Allergy in Leiden zijn wij op zoek naar een CSA Operator . Hierbij houd je je bezig met het volgens planning aanleveren en op de juiste wijze spoelen en steriliseren van materialen en het uitvoeren van alle daarbij horende (administratieve) handelingen.
Your tasks
- Reinigen, verpakken en steriliseren, volgens hygiëne en kwaliteitsnormen, van primaire verpakkingen, glaswerk, hulpmaterialen en eindproducten met gebruik van spoelmachines en sterilisatoren. In een aantal gevallen wordt reiniging en desinfectie met de hand uitgevoerd.
- Zelfstandig bedienen van diverse apparatuur en het invullen van bijbehorende protocollen en logboeken.
- Het controleren van de procesgegevens na beëindiging van de spoel- en sterilisatieprocessen.
- Het vrijgeven van materialen voor gebruik in productie.
- Zelfstandig inplannen van gevraagde werkzaamheden, zodanig dat de continuïteit van productieprocessen niet stagneert.
- De lokale voorraden handhaven en interne bestelling uitvoeren bij de afdeling Warehouse;
- Voorbereiden en assisteren bij validatie studies door buitenfirma’s.
- Het voorkomen van microbiologische verontreiniging in werk en opslag ruimte door deze volgens procedure te reinigen / desinfecteren.
- Reviseren van voorschriften en protocollen.
- Schoonmaken van de werkruimtes.
- Het fysiek aanvullen van KanBan voorraden en het processen in Navision met behulp van gecomputeriseerde systemen.
You have
- Afgeronde opleiding op MBO niveau;
- Relevante werkervaring als medewerker sterilisatie medische hulpmiddelen (CSA);
- Gekwalificeerd als Farmaceutisch vakman;
- Kennis en/of ervaring van farmaceutische processen;
- Kennis /ervaring van GMP-regelgeving;
- Affiniteit met Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) voor het uitvoeren van administratief werk;
- Kennis/ervaring als (machine)operator voor het bedienen van complexe apparatuur (o.a. spoelmachine, sterilisatoren, Depyrogenisators).
