Working Student IT Support

Location: Leiden (NL) | Hours: 24-40 hrs per week till end of 2026

We’re looking for a Working Student IT Support to join our team in Leiden.

In this role, you’ll help colleagues with IT-related questions, prepare and install laptops and mobile devices, support Microsoft 365 applications, and assist with day-to-day IT operations. You’ll work closely with experienced IT professionals and gain valuable practical experience in a modern business environment.

Your tasks
  • Providing first-line IT support to end users
  • Setting up laptops, phones, and other devices+
  • Supporting Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Assisting with password resets and user access requests
  • Logging and following up on support tickets
  • Troubleshooting basic hardware and software issues
  • Supporting small IT projects and improvement initiatives
You have
  • Currently studying IT or a related field, or a strong interest in technology
  • Helpful, service-minded, and eager to learn
  • Good communication skills in Dutch and English
  • Available 24–40 hours per week
