Clinical Trial Recruitment Marketing Specialist/Senior Specialist

We are looking for an experienced marketer for our enthusiastic marketing and communications team. The marketing communications team is responsible for the marketing recruitment of healthy participants for drug research, (further) development of all marketing automation tools, the (online) campaign strategy and internal and external communication (press, publications).

In the role of Clinical Trial Marketing Specialist, you are primarily responsible for the further development of the marketing automation tools and implementation of the marketing campaigns. You also play an important role in process optimizations throughout the entire recruitment process from registrations on website to scheduling appointments for medical examination.

Your most important tasks:

• Point of contact and coordinator on the recruitment process for our own department and headquarters, also regarding the implementation of Clinspark

• Further development of marketing automation tools to support the recruitment process

• Developing and sending email and SMS campaigns to recruit participants for research and providing administrative support (processing volunteer payments and marketing campaign invoices)

• Communication with external parties to recruit participants for our studies

• Be present at open days/student markets/fairs

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with a marketing and/or communications background with work experience in recruitment. Someone with an eye for processes and technically savvy. This role is Specialist level or can be Senior Specialist level depending on experience.

You also bring the following:

• You have an HBO working and thinking level

• Affinity and feeling for process optimization and automation

• Experience with Adobe/Figma is a plus

• Marketing or commercial background is an advantage

• Good command of the Dutch and English language, spoken and written

• Even under stress you can work accurately, keep an overview and set the right priorities

• You are proactive, enthusiastic and hands-on
