We are currently seeking a Facilities & Admin Coordinator to join our diverse and dynamic team. As the Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing administrative aid to various departments.

What you will be doing:

- Assisting with the day-to-day management of facilities, including coordinating maintenance, repairs, and vendor services.
- Managing office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure availability and efficiency.
- Coordinating office moves, renovations, and space planning activities as needed.
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documents.
- Providing input to the Facilities Manager and administrative team in various projects and initiatives.


Your profile:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, facilities management, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in facilities management, administrative duties, or related roles is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Bilingual in English and Dutch.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with facility management software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented approach.

Facilitair medewerker voor 40 uur per week in Groningeni n .

Deze functie ondersteun je het primaire proces binnen de locaties van de ICON business unit ICON E arly Clinical & Bio analytical ( IEB )” in Groningen, Nederland. Je komt te werken binnen een hecht team op de gezellige afdeling Facilities. De werk sfeer binnen ICON N e derland is informeel met korte lijnen, het team bestaat uit totaal tien facilitaire medewerkers en acht front office medewerkers verdeeld over vijf vestigingen in Groningen, Assen en Utrecht.

Wat ga je doen?

- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een breed scala aan ondersteunende activiteiten die nodig zijn om alle onderzoeken naar de werking van nieuwe geneesmiddelen in onze klinieken goed te laten verlopen.

- Als onze nieuwe collega werk je faciliterend richting zowel de in - als externe organisatie. Regelmatig zal je optreden als de schakel tussen deze organisaties.

- Je zal (medische) apparatuur beheren en kleine reparaties en onderhoud zelf uitvoeren. Daarnaast word j e verantwoordelijk voor de inkoop van de kliniek.

- Je gaat dus niet alleen samenwerken met de eigen afdelingen, maar ook met leveranciers en monteurs.

- Na een gedegen training ga je deel uitmaken van de bereikbaarheidsdienst.

Kortom een veelzijdige en uitdagende rol! Je verricht allerlei voorkomende werkzaamheden in en rondom de gebouwen zoals :

- Inkoop voor de kliniek.

- B eheer van (medische) apparatuur .

- Bereikbaarheidsdienst .

- Klein onderhoud gebouwen en te rreinen .

- Reproductie werkzaamheden .

- Verhuizingen (voorbereiding, uitvoer en afhandeling) .

- Algemene facilitaire werkzaamheden.
