Site Research Assistant – Nijmegen

Part-Time (24 hours per week)

Start Date: Immediate
Contract Duration: Approximately 6 months

IQVIA is currently recruiting a Site Research Assistant to support a clinical research site in Nijmegen . This part-time role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-quality clinical research in a structured and collaborative site environment.

The Site Research Assistant will support the day-to-day execution of the clinical trial by providing administrative and clinical support in accordance with the study protocol, applicable regulations, and site procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain, organize, and update study documentation, including protocols, case report forms (CRFs), and Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems

  • Coordinate logistical activities related to study visits and procedures in line with the study protocol

  • Perform data entry, conduct quality checks, and support query resolution to ensure data accuracy and completeness

  • Communicate with study monitors and respond to study-related questions and requests

  • Support patient recruitment activities, including patient education and community outreach

  • Perform general administrative tasks in support of ongoing study activities

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or equivalent education and/or relevant experience in a clinical or medical setting
    (e.g., Clinical Research Assistant, Clinical Research Coordinator, Research Nurse, Medical Assistant)

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience working at a clinical trial site as a Clinical Research Assistant, Research Nurse, or Clinical Research Coordinator

  • Good understanding of clinical trial processes, including study protocols, informed consent, and study schedules

  • Good knowledge of medical terminology

  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access)

  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Fluency in Dutch and good command of English
