(Technical) Support Specialist for CTcue Technology
IQVIA is on the lookout for a dynamic and solution-driven Support Specialist with technical know-how to become an integral part of our CTcue technology team. This position will make you the keystone between our organization and hospitals, requiring you to support the implementation process of CTcue in hospitals, and ensure a streamlined flow of information that meets user needs.

As a (Technical) Support Specialist, you will:
- Be the primary liaison between hospitals and our developers, translating needs and facilitating effective communication.
- Gather vital feedback from customers to improve support and product experiences.
- Handle technical and functional support tickets, escalating complex issues to higher-level support as needed.
- Define, monitor, and manage service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure top-tier quality of service.
- Help design content for future e-learning and conduct workshops on specific topics.
- Foster community engagement by introducing CTcue to IT and Compliance stakeholders and coordinating with IT architects, system, network, and database administrators to refine CTcue implementation.
Our ideal candidate possesses:
- Academic education (in the medical field)
- Exceptional communication skills in Dutch and English
- Experience working in or with hospitals, preferably with knowledge of data issues
- A knack for translating complex concepts into understandable narratives
- Demonstrable experience in project management
- Technical knowledge, acquired through education or work experience
