Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Supports the team as an entry support individual contributor that executes tasks, following a defined standard output or set of procedures. Provides support for internal teams in within Operations. Follows routine administrative processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables. Maintains high standards of professionalism, efficiency, personal communication, discretion, and independent judgement.
Responsibilities:

Required to understand and comply with the Code of Business Conduct, Company policies and laws that govern their activities.

Performs related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Completes tasks to meet production targets of the Operations unit under direct supervision, and follows administrative processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.

Develops working knowledge of standard operating procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and procedures.
-
Adheres to standard operating procedures to support tasks and team needs related to the processing of ingredients and/or pharmaceutical (new) products.

Documents day-to-day activities and resources and escalates any concerns or issues to leaders to maximize successful business results.

Adheres to standardized work and to the standard activity flowcharts.

Records gaps between target activity status and actual status.

Takes ownership of personal training and ensures that all required training is understood and completed on time.

Learns process improvement methods, solutions, and procedures to enhance safety, quality, reliability, cost, and scheduling.
Qualifications and skills:
-
Relevant MBO-2 degree with at least 18 months’ relevant experience or a non-relevant MBO-2 degree with at least 3 years' relevant experience.

B1 level in Dutch or English is required.

The levels of computer proficiency are basic level for MS office and entry level for business applications.

Quality oriented and precise.

Flexible and positive.

Ability to work on a shift roster.
