You will be responsible for developing and implementing local commercial brand strategy and tactics.
This position is responsible for developing and implementing the Johnson & Johnson IM marketing communication-strategy in a close collaboration with the cluster value team (CVT) and the external partners. And by doing so ensure the marketing support for Spravato by crafting brand equity and value. You will shape, lead and share knowledge of our products and treatment trends for the benefit of patients with difficult to treat depression and be responsible for handling the commercial budget and owning the forecast discussions.
This role is a marketing position within the Business Unit Neurosciences and reports to the Business Lead Neuroscience. You will be operating from our Janssen offices in Breda in The Netherlands.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or equivalent experience or master's degree program completion
- Minimum 4 years of successful project/product management experience in pharma or related industries
- Sales experience in the pharmaceutical field is an advantage
- Familiarity with the target group is helpful
- Exceptional communication skills in both English and Dutch
