Johnson & Johnson RDEX CS&S is recruiting for an EDI / OCR SME, located in EMEA.

CS Centre CS&S are a vibrant dynamic virtual team, accountable for managing the various satellite systems (JJCC, EDI, OCR, SFDC, GENESYS, EINSTEIN) that support DELIVER Customer Services and our external customers.

CS&S are the regional owner of the Customer experience narrative, responsible for matching requirements to customer expectations. CS&S take the leadership of the capability roadmap to deliver the Customer Experience, including overview of project portfolio (budget, execution, status), and of the technology roadmap to support CS execution with objectives of increasing efficiency (eg. Automation, digitalization of activities, etc) and customer experience (eg portal, omnichannel).

The EDI / OCR SME will be specifically responsible for our EDI and OCR technologies and will have the opportunity to work across the region with Customer Services teams and JIT, as well as externally, partnering with various EDI Suppliers (GHX, EDICOM, PAGERO).

The SME role is critical to the success of customer Services, and will play a fundamental part in supporting the business day to day, driving continuous improvements and sharing expertise and knowledge with the Community of Practice (CoP). In this role, SME’s have the opportunity to be involved in design sessions, test script writing, test execution, UAT support, Hypercare and training, lots of opportunity to engage with and build strong partnerships with the business.

  • SPOC Technology experts
  • Customer Service experts
  • 1st line support for Customer Service with issues, outages, training requirements, enhancements
  • SME / Core Team member on any project related to technology, and specifically,
    • OCR AI
    • EDI Guard
    • EDI Digital Reporting
    • EDI Standards
  • Capability design workshops
  • Test script writing.
  • Test script execution.
  • Training sessions
  • Hypercare
  • Responsible for engaging with and supporting the regional community of practice.

Qualifications

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • University Degree Preferred
  • Expert EDI and ecommerce knowledge, including supplier relations.
  • 5+ years in supply chain related disciplines with experience in Customer Service and EDI functions.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent test script writing capability.
  • Experience in leading UAT sessions.
  • Hypercare experience.
  • Dynamic analytical person able to anticipate potential problems and create solutions.
  • Process oriented, data analysis & statistical skills.
  • Well organized and used to working in virtual teams.
  • Credo based attitude.

Preferred:

  • Educated to University Degree level.
  • 6+ years commercial experience
  • Connections with local governments and legislative bodies.
  • Stakeholder Management

Other:

  • Fluent in English
  • Travel is required, up to 20% Regionally.
