Supports and advices line management with the effective and consistent management of employees in line with legislation, credo values and local company policies to ensure an optimal and mutual beneficial work climate.
Overall Purpose of this role:
Responsible in advancing Mentor’s end-to-end strategic talent agenda, as well as identifying critical capability needs through partnership with business leaders.
Responsibilities:
· Provides support to the growth and transformation of our business by leading change management and organizational design initiatives.
· Advises employees and management on personnel issues and questions regarding Human Resources policies and guidelines.
· Is responsible for providing leadership in the areas of Talent Management, Organization Design, Change Management, Business Partnering and Coaching. Work in close partnership with client group leadership teams to deploy JJ Supply Chain talent strategies in alignment with business goals
· Drive talent management strategy powered by regular talent reviews and talent actions to build a strong leadership pipeline for critical positions. Support in org design to make organizations more flexible and agile
· Supports Management in a consistent use of Human Resources Policies.
· Organizes relevant HR data. Based on analyzing the data advises management accordingly.
· Assist/ advises management regarding training and development of personnel.
· Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.
· Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable.
· For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable
· Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and

We Would Like If You Do Have:
· Bachelor level in relevant social study (Human Resource Management,
Psychology, Law, Economics)
· Thorough knowledge of labor law, social security law.
· Knowledge of/ experience with a job evaluation system
· Knowledge of/ experience with a personnel information system (preferably SAP)and Excel.

• Minimum experience required for the position: 7 years of experience in general HR position in a professional environment (preferably large international industrial companies)
Communication skills, easy to approach, team player, tactful but persistent when necessary.
