Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Analyze the organization’s existing IT systems and infrastructure to identify opportunities for improvement or modernization.
  • Research and evaluate new technologies, tools, and software that could enhance business performance.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to assess technology requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Assist in designing and recommending technology solutions based on business needs and technical requirements.
  • Support the implementation of new systems or upgrades to existing systems, ensuring they meet business and operational requirements.
  • Work with development teams, vendors, and business units to ensure smooth deployment of technology solutions.
  • Gather and document business and technical requirements for new technology projects or improvements.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications and ensure solutions align with both technical and strategic goals.
  • Create detailed project documentation, including system designs, test plans, and user manuals.
  • Assist in integrating new systems with existing technologies, ensuring compatibility and seamless operation.
  • Conduct system testing and validation to ensure new solutions are functioning correctly and meet quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the integration or testing phases.
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend optimizations to enhance system performance and reliability.
  • Ensure that technology systems are secure and comply with organizational policies and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to procure technology solutions and services.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth communication and effective delivery of technology projects.
  • Support negotiations and manage vendor relationships, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Provide support for ongoing technology operations, including troubleshooting issues, resolving incidents, and providing guidance to end-users.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of disaster recovery plans, backup solutions, and business continuity strategies.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Participate in training and certification programs to enhance technical skills and expertise.
  • Proactively suggest new technologies or process improvements that could benefit the organization.

  • Project Management skills in deployment of major IT capabilities (like manufacturing / shop floor systems)
  • Strong customer focus, service orientation, analytical skills and sense of urgency
  • Strong planning and project execution skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, to take accountability and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication, interpersonal influencing skills, good capability to set up collaborative relationship
  • Proficiency in English, and Dutch is desirable


Qualifications

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, industrial engineering, or another discipline relevant for the healthcare industry or equivalent experience.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • 6+ years of experience in technical program/project management, preferably in a Supply Chain environment.
  • Experience in technology integrations and program delivery
  • A strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, etc.), and network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.).
  • Security Knowledge: Familiarity with network security practices, firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.

Preferred:

  • Azure Fundamentals or AWS Certified Solutions Architect for cloud technology roles.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures associated with frameworks (Agile, ITIL)
  • Knowledge of software development and testing methodologies (SDLC, CSV)
  • Basic understanding of business drivers/processes and the ability to relate priorities to associated technology investments.
  • Ability to create context around key business drivers and strategic plan and present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
  • Experience with GxP / Manufacturing Environments

Language requirements – English, and Dutch is desirable
