What you will be doing:


  • Guide experienced business enablers and/or entry individual contributors.
  • Coordinate processes and assignments for the Operations unit and support organizational objectives and business goals.
  • Implements project terms to meet objectives and goals of the Operations unit.
  • Ensures compliance with established processes for strategic plans and serves as a primary point of contact for team members.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism, efficiency, personal communication, discretion, and independent judgment.
  • Manage operational aspects of their team (e.g., workflow, performance, and compliance), as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within expected standards.
  • Ensure a safe working environment and adequately follow up when

improvements are needed.

  • Develop working knowledge of standard operating procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and procedures.
  • Complete tasks for the support function within the Operations unit, and follows administrative processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures to support tasks and team needs related to the processing of ingredients and/or pharmaceutical (new) products.
  • Proactively identify potential issues before they become significant problems and take necessary actions to mitigate risks and ensure operational

effectiveness.

Qualifications

We would love to hear from you, if you have the following essential requirements:

  • MBO-4 degree requires HBO-assessed thinking level and one of the qualifications listed below:
  • A relevant MBO-4 degree with at least 5 years' relevant experience
  • A non-relevant MBO-4 degree with at least 7 years' relevant experience.
  • An MBO-4 degree with 3 years of people leader experience.
  • Dutch A2 and English B2 language levels are required.
  • intermediate level for MS office an entry level for data analysis.
  • Lead by example in maintaining calmness and composure during challenging situations
  • Ability to work on a shift roster
