Job Summary:

As Senior Business Systems/SAP S4H Analyst you will have a key role in the End to End Supply Chain SAP S4 Support for our Medical Device Facility. You will be working closely with our Manufacturing, Quality and QC/QA teams and other internal/external stakeholders

The responsibilities & the impact you will have:

  • Key SAP S4 support, for entire Plant to run smoothly
  • Master data S4H updates
  • PO’s mismatch solution for system interface failures. (S4/APEX/LINX/e-MP Ariba)
  • Make recommendations on strategic direction for the use and implementation of SAP applications, integrated third party systems.
  • Setup and maintain of ABC inventory Cycle count
  • MRP setup to link Global demand plan
  • Manage IRIS tickets (issues with S4 Hana)
  • Manage MDPI tickets (Master Data changes)
  • DDL Rep (Dept Data Lead & Device Master Record/Adaptive)
  • DDL Syniti and Swift creation and support (new SKU’s etc.)
  • S4 Waves roll out key contact Cut over/ Hypercare/ Testing
  • Investigate business changes and translate to IT-ticket
  • Investigate issues and resolve in ERP and Affiliated systems
  • Investigate issues and translate to ticket ADAPTIVE/ SWIFT
  • AIF (interface failures) Reporting and checking
  • Extensive support and additional training to ‘MAKE’ team
  • Extensive support and additional training to ‘QC/QA’ team
  • Business process Plan, Source, Make, Logistics & Quality vs ERP processes optimization
  • New SKU / process setup
  • BOM Management
  • Functional process change

Qualifications

Experience and Skills:

Essential

·+5 years of progressive responsibility and experience within end-to-end Supply Chain ERP/SAP S4H implementation in international organization.

  • Experience with minimum of 2 full cycle implementations of SAP Asset Accounting
  • In depth knowledge of Business processes, preferable for medical device company
  • Focus on Functional area: S4/HANA PP/MM/SD/ Quality
  • Knowledge of Functional area: S4/HANA Finance
  • Business process management; able to identify issues and root cause in process and system
  • Agile and lean way of working and thinking
  • Ability to translate business challenges to Functional need in ERP
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work with all levels in the organization
  • Pragmatic approach
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage own time.
  • Clear attention to detail.
  • Ability to present clear, concise data both written and verbally.
  • Adopt a proactive approach when engaging with external parties.
  • Ability to advise on process accountability, data monitoring, exception monitoring, data grouping and prioritizing, and process data analysis
  • Proficiency with business software (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • At lease 3-4 years experience is SAP projects
  • Hands on experience in implementation at least 2 projects (FULL CYCLE, from initiation to closure)
  • Communicate relevant and accurate information when asked.
  • Proactive in improving process efficiency's

Required:

  • A high level of accuracy and integrity
  • Excellent skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Hands on mentality and skills
  • SAP S/4HANA / ERP systems experience

Preferred:

  • Preferably have experience with ISO 13485 (medical or pharma)
  • Experience of working in a regulated industry
  • Dutch language skills
