As a Senior Planner Advanced Therapies , you will:
- Translate the Master Production Schedule into optimized, executable day‑to‑day production plans that balance demand and available capacity.
- Own short‑term production execution by managing process orders and providing hands‑on planning support to operations for maintenance, downtime, and schedule changes.
- Coordinate cross‑functionally with operations, planning groups, and stakeholders to identify and resolve production and material constraints.
- Proactively identify risks to the production plan, run scenario and conflict analyses, and develop mitigation plans to protect supply.
- Maintain accurate master data and production parameters in SAP to ensure reliable planning and decision making.
- Lead continuous planning improvements aligned with site strategy, integrating project feedback into production schedules and practices.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in planning, inventory management, or a related supply chain role.
- Practical experience with SAP and maintaining production master data and parameters.
- Strong understanding of detailed scheduling processes and experience converting MPS into operational schedules.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate across functions.
- Customer‑focused mindset, high integrity, and commitment to Credo‑based actions; supply chain or process improvement certifications (e.g., APICS, Six Sigma) and experience in regulated/GMP environments are advantageous.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is 53,500 to 85.445 on an annual basis and includes 8% holiday allowance.
