Position Title: Sr. Supervisor GCO Centralized Admin Network
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Senior Supervisor to lead teams within the Centralized Admin Network (CAN) which is part of the Global Clinical Operations (GCO) organization. The CAN organization is a global and diverse team of around 20 administrative professionals and process coordinators providing best-in-class support to the GCO organization. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with our Centralized Admin Network and broader Business Operations & Portfolio Support (BOPS) organization to drive strategic initiatives that shape the future of our operations. Principal Responsibilities:
As Senior Supervisor, you will play a critical role in managing a diverse team of administrative professionals while cultivating strong relationships across various functions. Your focus areas will include:
1. Operational Leadership: Provide strategic oversight of a global team of administrative assistants, ensuring exceptional support aligned with our GCO objectives and the CAN strategy.
2. Resource Management: Skilfully allocate resources and oversee staff workload to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in meeting business needs.
3. Objective Setting: Collaborate in setting operational goals for the CAN organization, ensuring alignment with our overall company and departmental objectives.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster a culture of teamwork and partnership, building strong relationships with key stakeholders across GCO and beyond.
5. Team Development: Inspire and mentor a high-performing team through continuous development, performance management, and engagement initiatives that align with our Credo Behaviors.
Who You’ll Work With:
You will liaise closely with GCO Leadership Team members, Business Operations, and various stakeholders across Global Development (GD), including but not limited to Human Resources, other centralized admin teams.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
o Bachelor’s degree preferred; however, other relevant experiences and skills may be considered by the hiring manager when considering the candidate’s eligibility.
o 5-10 years relevant work experience
o Prior experience in people leadership roles and affinity with administrative assistant roles is a must.
